If you pay through this site, It may take few days to update your local property management office, however your rent will be credited on the day you processed the transaction.

 

You will need your bank account number and routing number typically found on your check, or a major credit card.

 

OPTIONAL: You can choose to save your account information to use in the future, by signing up for Paypal.

 

After clicking the Pay Now button below, enter your rent amount along with any processing fee your location requires in Item Price. For your security, this site uses Paypal to proces payments and Denbar does not receive or  have access to any of your payment information.

Tenant Selection Criteria

Your application must be filled out legibly, completely and accurately. An incomplete application may be rejected or not processed. Any misstatements or omissions made on your application, whether or not discovered before you move into the building, is grounds for denial of an application or termination of an existing lease. If information given on the application cannot be checked out and verified, this is a reason for rejection. Omission of information, such as an address or employer, may be grounds for rejection.

Existing Denbar tenant?  Pay your rent here or send us a maintenance request.  Want to be a Denbar tenant?  Review our selection criteria and complete an application.  We know you’re busy and we want to make our processes convenient for you.

Every person over 18 must be screened and must provide a government-issued photo ID.

We require the name and last known telephone number of each landlord/property manager/mortgage or contract for deed payee for each address you have had for the last three years.  The refusal of a prior landlord to give a reference, or a negative reference, may be grounds for rejection. Roommate references are not acceptable. In the case of first time renters, young people, or students, this requirement may be varied subject to additional requirements of management.

Housing History

Income from valid sources must be sufficient to pay the applicant’s rent and other predictable living expenses. To be counted as household income, amounts must be verifiable, reliable, and predictable.

Income

A positive credit history is required. An adverse bank or credit reference, high debt, past due or dishonored debt, or the absence of a credit history may be grounds for rejection.

Credit

Unlawful detainers or evictions may be basis for rejection of an application.

Eviction Filings

By submitting an application online, you have given us your expressed consent to conduct a full comprehensive background, credit, and criminal analysis.

Consent

Applicants who have a criminal history may be rejected.

Criminal History

In general maximum number of residents equal to two persons per bedroom.  However, this may vary based on the location of the property and associated regulation

Dear resident,

This site is mainly for property investors.  It would be best if you visit your property community’s web site espacially if you signed up for access to the tenant portal.  In addition to be able to pay rent and request maintenance, some advantages of using the tenant portal is that you can view a history of payments and maintenance requests.

 

However, if you do not have access to your portal and since you are here, we will accept your payment!
