Iowa Commercial Property
Update - We will be closing on a commercial property in Ankeny Iowa on November 31. We have not purchased a commercial property in Iowa for almost two years so it is great to add a new one to the growing portfolio. The market has been very tight and it's getting more and more difficult to find appropriate properties that match our criteria. On the other hand, the newer properties are larger (read higher price!) compared to what we purchased a few years ago, so in dollar terms things have not slowed down.
