It's official. We met all 2014 Projections!
Very happy to say that in 2014, all our LCs that were scheduled for annual distributions, either met or exceeded our projections. The LCs exclusively targeting equity build up that don't make annal distributions also did very well, but we do not make annual projections on those due to the nature of those investments.
Thanks to all our managers, associates, contractors, vendors, and most importantly - our tenants for making this happen. This year I even have my children helping out. Nothing better than cheap child labor!
