What do you need to sign up for Denbar Auto-Pay?
Just bring a voided check from the bank account you want debited and
sign a simple authorization form.
That's it!

Once you sign up your rent payment will automatically be deducted from your bank account on either the 1st or 3rd of the month - your choice!

Payments will continue through the end of your lease, however you can cancel or suspend the service anytime you want.  Just give us 3 days notice by email.
