This Denbar property offers various options. And one big difference -- country living close to the city. Located on highway 169 at exit 110 off Interstate 80, just minutes west of Iowa’s capital city, Des Moines, our 7-acres offers furnished and unfurnished apartments.

We can accommodate almost anyone with our 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and efficiency apartments. We have a furnished apartment for long-term rental and a furnished efficiency apartment, too. The buildings are equipped with onsite laundry facilities enabling you to tackle one of life’s chores at your convenience.

In addition, having our family-run 10 room motel (Countryside Inn) nearby enables us to accommodate other needs. Imagine having a convenient place to stay until your lease is approved or an apartment becomes available. After you move in, it’s a nice place for friends and relative to stay while visiting you.
