What do you need to sign up for Denbar Auto-Pay?

1.  Visit your local rental office and sign a simple authorization form.
2.  Bring a voided check of the bank account you want debited

That's it!

Once you sign up your rent payment will automatically be deducted from your bank account on either the 1st or 3rd of the month - your choice!

Payments will continue through the end of your lease, however you can cancel or suspend the service anytime you want.  Just give us 3 days notice by email.
